HUL (Hindustan Unilever Limited) was established in 1931 by Unilever plc (a British-Dutch multinational company). It was earlier called as Hindustan Vanaspati Manufacturing Co. followed by the merge of constituent groups in 1956, it was renamed as Hindustan Lever Limited. It was again renamed as Hindustan Unilever Limited in June 2007.HUL is fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) company. Its headquarters is located in Andheri, Mumbai.
